Refund policy
- If by any reason, the order was sent incorrect or with any flaw in the product made by our Cinthya Cobos orders and sales team, the client can contact us in a 24 hours period to inform about the issue and we will resent the order without any extra shipping fee.
- Refunds are allowed 24 hours maximum after the client recieves the order and only in cases of damage / mistakes made in the product / order by the Cinthya Cobos orders and sales team that can´t be solve in any possible way.
